Manchester-based JP Hay Sales & Lettings has appointed two new staff members as it continues to grow from its Northern Quarter office on Swan Street in Manchester city centre.
Amanda Jane Fraser has been appointed as Sales and Lettings Negotiator having gained a sound knowledge of professional sales and services in retail, property and the financial sector following her roles at Radcliffe Associates and at Parador Properties in Spain.
Lauren Richardson has joined the team as an apprentice and was educated at Holy Family R.C. School, Heywood where she excelled in ICT and design. Lauren will be working closely with Sam and the rest of the team as she learns the ropes.
Established in 2011 by Samantha Hay, Sam has grown the team steadily to ensure that its established personal service continues to run through the culture. The new appointments take the team to five people.

In line with growing the level of block management activity JP Hay founder, Samantha Hay, passed the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) block management examination this month.
