The Derwent Group has signed Oak Furniture Land and Pure Gym in the final two units at its Junction One Retail Park, Bidston Moss in Wallasey, Wirral.

Oak Furniture Land signed at Unit 8 (9,907 sq ft) and the final Unit 9 of 7,201 sq ft has been let to Pure Gym. These deals are the latest in a series of signings at the scheme that have included a Marks & Spencer Foodhall, Aldi, Home Bargains and Pets at Home. Pure Gym will open this September, its first Wirral branch and Oak Furniture Land is now trading.

James Maule-Ffinch, Senior Asset Manager at Derwent said;

“Junction One Retail Park is just one of a number of retail schemes that The Derwent Group owns in the region and each is contributing to our aspiration of reaching our £50m turnover target.

“It’s also great to be chosen by Pure Gym as its first Wirral operation which will give the park healthy night time activity.”

Junction One Retail Park is prominently located adjacent to Junction 1 of the M53 motorway, linking Liverpool and Wallasey Tunnel. The park also benefits from 867 free car-parking spaces.

Petch & Co is The Derwent Group’s agent at Junction1 Retail Park.
