Leeds based Ryden has let a 10,000 sq ft unit at Thirsk Industrial Estate to Angram on behalf of private clients. A ten year lease with five year break option at a rent of £44,000 per annum has now been completed.

In addition to letting the property, Ryden’s Building Consultancy team also managed the terminal dilapidations and refurbishment project following the termination of the long lease to the previous occupier.

This property is part of a portfolio of properties within Ryden’s managed portfolio of commercial and retail buildings and industrial estates.

Dan Hodge, Head of Industrial Agency at Ryden in Leeds said:

“This new letting represents part of larger remit where our Agency, Building Consultancy and Property Management teams have worked together to provide a seamless service for this valued, long standing private client.

“Thirsk as an industrial location continues to provide healthy income for our investment client and is well located for occupiers and employers alike.”

The unit on Thirsk Industrial Estate overlooks the A167, York Road. Angram manufactures drink pumps and accessories for public houses and bars. Other occupiers at the Park include amongst others Jewson, NFU Mutual and Langver Engineering Ltd.
