Taylor & Wood has been appointed as lettings and management agents by New Charter Group for the Summers Quay development, an £8m private ‘build to rent’ regeneration development overlooking Armentieres Square in the centre of Stalybridge.

Taylor & Wood’s service to tenants will also include a moving in package, three monthly inspections of the residential units, one monthly inspection of the communal areas and a full time dedicated staff member who will be familiar to the tenants. The company will also handle all deposits and manage maintenance of the whole building through New Charter Group’s dedicated 24 hour ‘Connect’ service and New Charter Building Company.
