The Derwent Group has secured a letting with Thomas Cook at Cardinal House, an office overlooking Parsonage Gardens in Manchester city centre. Thomas Cook has taken a whole floor at 6,300 sq ft (585 sq m) on a five year lease.
Cardinal House is 55,362 sq ft (5,143 sq m) in total and was The Derwent Group’s first acquisition in Manchester city centre when it purchased the building in 2016.
