Oak Furniture Land is the Latest Major Retailer to Sign at White City Retail Park

The Derwent Group has attracted Oak Furniture Land to its White City Retail Park in Trafford, Manchester. The national furniture retailer agreed to take a 10,665 sq ft (991 sq m) unit (Unit 10) on a 10 year lease and opened its doors this weekend.

Oak Furniture Land follows several recent major retailers to secure a unit such as Home Bargains, Costa Drive Thru, and M&S Foodhall. White City is already home to Currys, Dreams, Furniture Village, Halfords, Sofology and SCS, and continues to attract further strong interest from tenants.

White City has undergone major redevelopment, in the form of a £10 million transformation led and managed by The Derwent Group, with the firm making significant investments in its many other retail portfolios across the North West. The Derwent Group continues to attract tenants for White City, with strong interest and a number of negotiations already ongoing with some major brands.
