Generation Ltd’s plans for a residential development on Brunswick Street close to Manchester city centre have been approved.
New Brunswick, as the development has been named, is a block of 16 apartments, where some have already been bought by local buyers, is scheduled to start on site before the end of the year. The construction period will be twelve months.
Located close to all the main Manchester universities and main hospital campuses, the site is less than 10 minutes’ walk (or one bus stop away) from Piccadilly Train Station. Local landmarks include the grade II listed Apollo O2 theatre and Ardwick Green.

Ollier Smurthwaite Architects designed the scheme and Paul Butler Associates were the planning consultants.
Generation Ltd is the developer of the iconic Toast Rack site at the former Manchester Metropolitan University Hollings campus site in Fallowfield, south Manchester.
